RTSP Mixer

iPhone · iPad · Apple TV · Mac

One wall.
Every camera.
One ear.

RTSP Mixer puts your IP cameras side by side and mixes every one of their audio tracks onto a single output. Built for the tablet on the shelf and the phone on the kitchen counter: cameras you want to see and hear at the same time, all day, without touching anything.

View on the App Store No account. No tracking. Talks only to your cameras.

THE WALL

Nine at once

A grid that works out its own columns, so the tiles come out as large as the screen allows. Nine is the limit, and an experimental setting raises it to twenty-five for anyone whose network and device can take it. Tap a tile for full screen, tap again to go back, and every tile carries its connection state and a level meter, so you can see which camera is making a noise before you look.

ONE OUTPUT

All audio, mixed

Every camera's audio track runs into the same mix. Volume and mute per camera, one button to silence them all. The device's own volume buttons control the shared output.

ALERTS AND REPLAY

Hear it, then rewind

A camera can alert you when it gets loud, even in the background. Rewind in full screen with sound, with every alert marked on the timeline, and keep a clip around an alert as an MP4 to share.

VIEWS

Save a selection

“Night”, “Garden”, “Kids”: a saved set of cameras and a column count, one tap away. Cameras outside the active view are disconnected, so they burden neither the network nor the camera.

BACKGROUND AUDIO

Keeps listening

Lock the screen or switch apps and the audio keeps running. Only the video is dropped, which saves battery and data. A Live Activity on the Lock Screen has a button for each camera, and a sleep timer ends it all when you no longer need it.

PICTURE IN PICTURE

Up to four, floating

On iPhone and iPad, put a handful of cameras into a floating window and keep an eye on them while you do something else.

ON THE MAC

Always on top

On the Mac the camera window stays above every other app while you work, and the Dock icon bounces when a camera gets loud.

CAMERA CONTROL

Turn it from the wall

A camera with a motorised head turns in full screen: hold an arrow to move, let go to stop. Over ONVIF with saved positions and night vision, or through your Home Assistant for cameras without ONVIF.

SYNC AND BACKUP

Set up once, everywhere

Switch on iCloud sync and cameras, views and the Home Assistant connection arrive on your other devices, the Apple TV included, without typing an address on a remote. Separately, a backup file encrypted with your own passphrase.

FREE AND PAID

One camera free, Multi-Cam once

One camera runs free for as long as you like. Several cameras with their audio mixed run for a minute after every start, so you can check the mix works with your own cameras before deciding. A single purchase, Multi-Cam, removes that minute. No subscription, no account.

The same wall, three screens

The same cameras, laid out for whatever screen is in front of you.

Put your cameras on one wall

RTSP over TCP or UDP, H.264 or H.265, AAC / G.711 / L16 audio. Find cameras on your network, or let templates for eufy, Tenda, Hikvision, Dahua, Reolink and Axis fill in the address; anything else takes a full RTSP URL.
